Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions "Plain Ruled Graph" means Plain Ruled Graph website ABN 92 272 873 751. The words "you" and "your" mean the person or entity contacting "Plain Ruled Graph" for any purpose.

Once your order is placed, “Plain Ruled Graph” accepts that the order is final and changes or cancellations cannot be made to the order. By placing an order, you agree to all of the terms and conditions indicated here.

All products listed on "Plain Ruled Graph" are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us. All effort is taken to ensure this information is correct.

Payment

The total amount of your order is to be paid at the time of ordering. “Plain Ruled Graph” does not accept deposits or part payments for the purchase of any goods.

All prices include GST (goods and services tax) and are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) only.

We accept all orders by payment with Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. Credit Card and PayPal payments will be processed on the day your order is placed. Goods will be forwarded to you once full payment has been cleared.

If the card payment is declined by your issuer for any reason, we cannot hold goods against your order.

Security

“Plain Ruled Graph” uses DigiCert for third party 256 bit or higher SSL Certificates over the Internet. Look for a 'closed lock' icon on the screen during checkout.

“Plain Ruled Graph” aims to ensure that transactions made with us are secure, safe and customer-friendly.

“Plain Ruled Graph” does not retain Credit Card details.

Secure server software (SSL) is among the best software available today for secure e-commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

“Plain Ruled Graph” will not enter into any transaction on suspicion of use of fraudulent or unauthorised credit card. This includes suspension and cancellation of the transaction and/or prevention of delivery of goods which are the subject of a suspected illegal transaction.

“Plain Ruled Graph” does not take responsibility for direct or indirect damages and consequential losses suffered by use of fraudulent or unauthorised credit cards.

Privacy

At “Plain Ruled Graph” we understand the importance of respecting your privacy in terms of the information you provide that identifies you.

Certain information we collect is required for approved business purposes. This may include your full name, e-mail address, billing address, contact phone numbers and credit card number. Please note that credit card details are not retained by “Plain Ruled Graph”.

If you submit information to “Plain Ruled Graph” through the “Plain Ruled Graph” website either using an electronic form or by sending an email, we collect that information and use it for the purposes that you have provided it.

We also collect information when people join our mailing list. We may use this information to provide you with special offers, information about new products and special promotions that we think may interest you. “Plain Ruled Graph” is committed to protecting the personal privacy of our customers, and observes the National Privacy Principles pursuant to the Privacy Act 1988.

Delivery

“Plain Ruled Graph” uses Australia Post to deliver your goods. If you select Registered Post you will be required to sign for the package as proof of delivery. The cost of postage will be calculated on total weight and charged at the time of processing your order. The postage payable is in addition to your order and will need to be paid at the time of placing your order.

We do not allow orders to be collected from our warehouse.

We ship orders Monday through to Friday. Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours, or on the next working day, of placing your order, once confirmation of full payment is received. Please allow up to 1 week shipping time within Australia from the date of payment, although in most cases delivery is quicker than this. If you have not received your goods after this period, please email us at info@plainruledgraph.com.au.

Returns and Refunds

“Plain Ruled Graph” undertakes to ensure to all our customers that goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition. Should those goods not be received by you in perfect condition, then any damage to or shortfall in products must be reported to “Plain Ruled Graph” by email to info@plainruledgraph.com.au within 72 hours after receipt of the goods. All defected goods must be returned in their original packaging with the original order form to be sighted by “Plain Ruled Graph”. Replacement goods will only be shipped after the faulty item is received by “Plain Ruled Graph”. Return postage costs incurred by you will be issued by credit to your nominated credit card after the goods have been sighted by “Plain Ruled Graph”.

In the unlikely event that you receive an incorrect item, this should be reported to “Plain Ruled Graph” by email to info@plainruledgraph.com.au within 72 hours after receipt of the goods. All incorrect goods must be returned in their original packaging with the original order form to be sighted by “Plain Ruled Graph”. Replacement goods will only be shipped after the incorrect item is received by “Plain Ruled Graph”. In the event that “Plain Ruled Graph” is unable to replace the item, a refund will be provided. Return postage costs incurred by you will be issued by credit to your nominated credit card after the goods have been sighted by “Plain Ruled Graph”.

“Plain Ruled Graph” will offer a refund only if we are unable to replace the defective or incorrectly dispatched item and if we are contacted within 72 hours after receipt of the goods.

No refunds are offered if you have changed your mind about the goods.

Refunds will be issued by credit to the nominated credit card.
